How do I get more medications?
If your pet has been seen by one of our Veterinarians for a consultation in the last 6 months, you can order more medications via our website or by giving our team a call. Please ensure you know what medication you need to order and what dose your pet is getting currently. We also encourage you to order your pets medications at least 1 week before they run out. This ensures we have the medication in stock so your pet does not go without. The turn around time for standard medication requests can be up to 24 hours. Please note that special orders or compounded medications can take up to 7 business days.
 
How many medications/script repeats can I get?
Our Veterinarians can dispense (or script out) a maximum of 6 months worth of medications. After this is used up, we are required to see your pet for a consultation again. These checks are required to ensure your pet is well, that nothing has changed health wise and if there are any dose adjustments required.
 
How often does my pet need to be seen?
If your pet is going well on their medications and you have no concerns, the longest they can go without an assessment by one of our Veterinarians is 6 months. This may be sooner depending on what the Veterinarian recommends for your pet.
 
Does my pet need any tests for their medications?

We may need to run some tests (such as a urinalysis or blood test) to ensure your pet is still tolerating their medication safely. These tests will depend on your Veterinarians recommendation based on your pets condition and their medication requirements.

Order Medications​

Please fill in the below Request Form to submit your pet’s medication refill. Prior to dispensing, each medication will need to be approved by your treating Veterinarian.

​Please allow up to 1 business day for regular refills, and up to 7 business days for special orders or compounded medications. You will receive a text message when your medications are ready to be picked up.
