Please fill in the following form to request your pet’s medication refill. Prior to dispensing, each medication will need to be approved by your treating veterinarian. Please note that sometimes a reassessment is required before a medication can be dispensed.

Please allow up to 2 business days for regular refills and up to 5 business days for special orders for compounded medications. You will receive a text message when your medications are ready to be picked up.
